Digital Requirements
Video must be submitted without leaders such as ad slates, countdowns, etc.
All third-party served tags must be broken out by duration (tag for 15s, tag for 30s etc.)
All third-party pixels within the VAST need to be approved – Reach out to your AudienceXpress representative
Three business days are required for creative assets before campaign launch for QA
Two business days notification for any backend creative refreshes
Additional Details for Digital
All targeting and capping will be applied by AudienceXpress, this includes, but is not limited to, geo-targeting, frequency capping, interval capping, max goal capping, time targeting, and demo targeting
IP addresses may be blocked or displayed in a way that the vendor cannot determine the origin
Any targeting capping applied on the vendor end can prevent the ad from displaying, create discrepancies, and can break the player. Due to this, vendors can not apply targeting / capping in their systems
Flighting will be controlled by AudienceXpress
VAST tags will remain live for the duration of the advertiser’s flight. If an ad needs to be taken down for a period of time AudienceXpress will be responsible for executing this request
Sites reserves right of final approval on creative assets
All vendors must be approved – contact your AudienceXpress Account Representative for a complete list of approved vendors
AudienceXpress reserves the right to pull any ads due to violating any of the above bullet points as well as the following: poor ad quality, inappropriate content, creating a poor user experience
AudienceXpress can revoke the “Approved Vendor” status at any time and can refuse to serve tags from a specific vendor
